Is Kissimmee Orlando RV Rental a Disney approved RV rental provider?
Yes, we are a Disney Featured Provider for RV rentals.
Is the campsite included with the camper rental?
No, the camper rental does not include the campsite. Please contact your campground of choice to reserve the campsite.
Do you deliver and set up your camper rentals? What time do you pick up the camper rental?
Yes, we deliver and fully set up the campers so that they are 100% ready to enjoy. Upon request, we will provide a full orientation so that you can get acquainted with your camper for a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.
For pickup, we arrive approximately one hour prior to the campground checkout time. Please check with your campground of choice for check-out times.
Can I pick up a camper rental and tow it myself?
We do not offer camper rentals for towing by the renter.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
No. As a Disney Featured Provider, we are authorized to deliver your RV without you being present.
Will the camper rental be set up before I arrive to the campground?
We make every effort to have your camper rental ready for you when you arrive to the campground. Delays with campsite assignment by the campground can affect this. Also, please be sure to let us know your estimated arrival time so that we can best serve you.
How do I book a camper with you?

You can also search our entire inventory of available RVs and campers for your dates by using our Booking Portal
How much is your reservation deposit and when is the remaining balance due?
The initial deposit will be equal 25% of the reservation grand total. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before your arrival date.
Do I need to have my campsite booked before I reserve a camper?
No, not necessarily. We do recommend making sure there is availability for your campground of choice so to avoid having to cancel the reservation.
What is included with your camper rental?

From fully-equipped kitchens to plush bedding, we ensure you enjoy the comforts of home while on the road. Our goal is to surpass your expectations, crafting an unforgettable journey filled with cherished memories. For your convenience, a comprehensive list of included items accompanies your reservation confirmation, ensuring you're well-prepared for your upcoming trip.
Our standard Full Prep fee for each camper includes coverage for up to six guests. For each additional guest, there is a one-time charge of $25 for the entire stay. This fee covers the necessary items for each extra guest, such as towel sets, linens, pillows, outdoor chairs, paper products, and more. Please ensure we have the correct guest count to guarantee your family’s comfort.
Can I bring pets with me in the camper?
Yes, we currently offer several pet-friendly options for your camping adventure. At this time, we only allow dogs in the camper rentals (pet fee applies). Please be sure to let us know if you’ll be bringing your furry friend.
How is your pricing structured?
Our standard pricing is based on a minimum stay of four nights. While we do accommodate shorter stays, please note that the nightly rate will be higher. For stays longer than seven nights, we offer additional discounts.
The listed rates apply to reservations at local state or private campgrounds that provide at least water and electric hookups. If you're interested in renting for special events such as concerts, fairs, or NASCAR races, these require custom pricing. Please reach out to us directly for a personalized quote for any special event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
You may cancel your reservation 31 or more days in advance from you reservation arrival date and receive a partial refund of deposits paid. We will deduct an administrative fee of $199.00 from your deposit and refund any amount due within 10 business days of the cancellation request.
Cancellations that are 30 days or less from the reservation arrival date will forfeit their deposit(s) and are non-refundable.
To avoid cancellation fees, you may place your reservation on hold or reschedule your reservation at any time for a small Reservation Change Fee of $35.00. Any deposits paid will be fully credited to the new reservation. Deposits applied to a changed reservation become non-refundable and may be used as credit only towards your new reservation.
